One Piece Straw Hat Low Poly Logo Papercraft

The Straw Hat Pirates, also known as the Straw Hat Crew, or simply the Straw Hats, are a famous and powerful pirate crew that hails from the East Blue but has various members from different regions. They are the main focus and protagonist of the manga and anime series One Piece and are led by the main protagonist, Monkey D. Luffy.

The "Straw Hat" is named after Luffy's signature hat given to him by Redhead Shanks, and was first referred to as the Straw Hat Pirates by Smoker in Alabasta. The crew sailed on the Going Merry, their first official Straw Hat ship, until the Water 7 Arc.

During the Post-Enies Lobby Arc, Franky and Iceberg built a new ship which Iceberg named Thousand Sunny despite the members fighting over different names. The Straw Hats currently consist of ten members who have a combined bounty of 3,161,000,100 Berries.
