Carnage is the most famous descendant of Venom because he is one of the evil characters in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Just like Venom, Carnage needs humans to be its hosts and the human being its host is Cletus Kasady.

Cletus Kasady is a crazy serial killer who caused him to be imprisoned. He became Carnage's host when he bonded with Eddie Brock's host who was none other than Venom's host.
