Yukimura Sanada (Sengoku BASARA) Chibi Papercraft Model by midorijikano

If you follow the Sengoku Basara anime, you are certainly familiar with Sanada Yukimura, a great samurai from Japan who dared to fight Nobunaga Oda who wanted to unite Japan but in a cruel way.

This anime does have a background story in the Sengoku era, an era or era where Japan experienced a massive civil war, sure the period from 1560 to 1615. Daimyo Sanada is a provincial lord (chief samurai) who joined the Takeda clan.

In 1582 Nobunaga Oda in alliance with Tokugawa Ieyasu destroyed the Takeda clan, and made the Sanada group surrender to Nobunaga, but in the end the Sanada clan stood independently as a no-man's samurai group.

Launching the Project-japan.jp page, in that era there was a formidable samurai from the Sanada group, named Yukimura Sanada. The Sanada clan grew into a well-respected clan in the Sengoku era. Even Yukimura is also considered as one of the toughest samurai warriors of his time.
