Carro Armato P40 Papercraft Model by Mr. Cube

The P 26/40 was an Italian heavy tank for the Royal Italian Army during World War II.

The letter "P" represents "Pesante" means "Weight" and the number "26" means the weight of this tank, 40 means the year of this tank's design. This tank was produced in the period 1943-1944, but Italy was in a hurry to conclude an armistice with the Allies so only a few were produced.

Initially planned for 1,200 tanks to be produced, then it was reduced to 500 tanks due to many deficiencies in the engine and the Allied attack on the SPA factory, Turin. Until finally only 100+ tanks were produced but some of them were also used by Nazi Germany. (Wikipedia)
