Effects of Elemental Mastery for Ningguang in Genshin Impact

As the main discussion, many ask whether Ningguang needs Elemental Mastery or not, then what are the effects of Ningguang using Elemental Mastery?

Elemental Mastery has an effect that can increase the damage from resonance between elements. You can call it Elemental Reaction which in Ningguang's case only has one reaction which is Crystalized.

The Crystallized reaction will create a particle orb which when you pick it up it will become a shield that can absorb attacks from your opponent.

In Ningguang's case, the use of Elemental Mastery will not increase the damage it deals with as DPS. High Elemental Mastery will strengthen the shield made from the Crystalized reaction.

Our advice for those of you who use Ningguang is to increase ATK, Crit Rate, Crit DMG, and also Geo DMG Bonus. Just ignore Elemental Mastery.

Elemental Mastery for Geo characters is certainly very useful, but it's better to use it for Support characters, such as Albedo of Zhongli.

For example, Zhongli needs Elemental Mastery to increase his Elemental Skill Hold Skill which can provide a shield.

But if you play Zhongli as DPS, you need to remove Elemental Skill and make it HP or ATK%, Crit DMG, Crit Rate, and Physical DMG Bonus.
