Agatsuma Zenitsu Kimetsu no Yaiba (Demon Slayer ) Papercraft by June

When Tanjiro meets Zenitsu again after becoming a demon slayer, the yellow-haired boy looks unconvincing. He shamelessly harassed a woman and then acted timidly upon entering the house where Kyogai the demon was.

But Zenitsu is a dangerous figure to deal with. Like Cavendish One Piece, who when asleep becomes Hakuba when Zenitsu loses consciousness he can get up and fight the enemy without being disturbed by his emotions.

Zenitsu had several interesting achievements during Kimetsu no Yaiba season 1. Here's an example!

1. Passed the Last Selection

The Final Selection is the final process that the prospective demon slayer must go through. From Tanjiro's batch, five people graduated: Tanjiro himself, Kanao, Genya, Inosuke (who went up first, came down first), and Zenitsu.

Tanjiro doesn't meet Zenitsu when the selection starts. Zenitsu was among the selected candidates at the beginning, then he reappeared at the end, having finished his exams.

2. Beat a family of spiders alone

This is an interesting Zenitsu feat on Mount Natagumo, the peak action plot of season 1. Rui's main family consists of five: Rui himself, spider father, spider mother, older brother, and older sister.

Because he didn't want to go into the forest, Zenitsu ended up alone in the groove of Mount Natagumo. He also had to face the older brother of the spider family, along with the spider army of that figure, alone.

Zenitsu ends up being poisoned and almost becomes a spider. But he can beat the spider brother alone. The rest of the Rui family had to be faced as a team until the Hashiras appeared.

Do not believe? The spider father is fought by Tanjiro and Inosuke but then has to be solved by Giyuu. The spider mother is handled with the cooperation of Tanjiro and Inosuke, with extra help by Murata.

The spider's older brother was handled by Hashira, Shinobu. Meanwhile, Rui was fought by Nezuko and Tanjiro but was only defeated by Giyuu.

Zenitsu was the only rookie demon slayer to get a solo kill against the main member of the spider family in Natagumo.

3. The victim doesn't have time to be nostalgic

Victims of Water Breathing mostly still have time for nostalgia before dying. You can see this happening to Rui (Giyuu's victim) as well as Tanjiro's victims like the spider mother.

Throughout season 1, the victims of Zenitsu had no time to be nostalgic. They were shown to be even more surprised to be cut off so quickly by this one young man.

4. only use one technique

Tanjiro has many variations of the technique of Water Breathing. Likewise Inosuke with his Beast Breathing.

Different from his colleagues, Zenitsu from the beginning to the end of season 1 only uses the first technique of Lightning Breathing. As a variation, Zenitsu only accelerates his moves several times.

But with just this one technique alone, Zenitsu passed the Final Selection and through Mount Natagumo.
