Nezuko can rampage in her full demon form

While still retaining her human nature after turning into a demon, there have been several incidents when Nezuko lost herself. Nezuko would go berserk once she entered her Full Demon Mode. While in this state, a horn will protrude from his forehead and veins begin to wrap around his body.

In this form, Nezuko will start looking for human blood and will risk being around her. The only person who can return it to its normal form is Tanjiro. Her older brother would sing a lullaby—as seen in episode 7 after being suggested by Tengen Uzui—which their mother used to sing when they were little.

Tanjiro's voice was able to calm Nezuko and help her return to her normal form. But, of course, Tanjiro needs time, effort, and energy to be able to restore his younger sister's condition. Fortunately, Tanjiro is always able to control Nezuko when she is in her demon form.
