Has anyone watched the Speed ​​Racer anime? Or Maha Go Go Go maybe? These two anime created by Tatsuo Yoshida were popular in the 90s. This anime tells about a racing competition that is followed by cool cars.

Among these cars, the most famous car is of course the car of the main character named Mach 5. But not only a fictional car, the original version of the Mach 5 car also exists, even though it is only a replica.

This car does not have an engine and was only made to make the film Speed ​​Racer which appeared in 2008. This car was made using glass fiber with a steel frame and gearbox connected to the rear wheels.

In the interior, there is an iconic red chair complete with seven iconic buttons that make fans of this anime immediately nostalgic. Not only that, but this replica also has a yellow light in the front that faces downwards like the one in the anime.

This car was on display at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles United States in an exhibition titled Hollywood Dream Machine in May.
